GENERAL CONDITIONS

1-) The tenant accepts and undertakes that he will use the rented villa as his own property, will not spoil its properties, will not allow him to lose his virtues, fame and reputation, and will not smoke indoors.

2-) The tenant is obliged to deliver the rented thing in whatever condition he finds it, in that state and according to the quantity. The fixtures and tools in the rented real estate are liable to be returned at the end of the contract period. If both these fixtures and the details of the rented thing are lost and worn out due to use, the tenant is obliged to indemnify them with their values ​​and to pay if the owner demands the price.

3-) If there is a situation that requires repair in the rented villa, the damage caused by the tenant, the tenant is obliged to inform the tourism agency he has rented by calling 444 0 725 or by coming to the Yazlıkcım office as soon as possible. He has accepted and committed that he will cover all the damage and that this contract will replace the Bill of Exchange accepted by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

4-) The tenant has rented the rented villa as a holiday villa in return for daily or weekly rent. It cannot use the rented villa for purposes other than vacation, rent it partially or completely to a third party, transfer or endorse it, or offer it to another person. No one can be accepted for accommodation or guest purposes without permission from the Yazlıkcı agency, only the people whose names are mentioned in the table of people who will stay in the villa can be found in the villa. He cannot allow anyone other than the people he specified to stay or stay in the villa. He accepts and undertakes that he will evacuate the villa if he does not comply with these conditions. In this case, he cannot get back all the fees he has paid, and he accepted these conditions when he took delivery of the villa.

5-) The rented villa will be delivered clean after cleaning. If the tenant staying in the villa wants cleaning inside the villa during the holiday, he agrees to pay an extra 1500 TL - 7500 TL cleaning fee for each cleaning.

6-) Since the rented villa is a holiday villa and there are holiday villas in the same way, it will not disturb the surrounding villas, do not engage in noisy behavior, do not make loud music, will not engage in behavior that will disturb the peace of the people and people around it, and also any weapon that is prohibited by law, He has accepted and committed that he will not keep substances such as drugs, etc., that he will not keep the legally wanted persons / fugitives in the villa, in short, that he will not use the villa for any illegal activity.

7-) If the tenant does not vacate the rented villa even though the rental period has expired (the latest is 10:00 on the expiry date of the lease). accepts and undertakes. The entrance time of the rented villa is 16:00 at the earliest and 00:00 at the latest on the rental start day.

8-) If the Tenant leaves the villa early due to a reason arising from himself or himself, or for a reason beyond the control of the Yazlıkcım agency and the property owner, he is obliged to pay the entire Rental Amount, and cannot demand a partial or full refund in any way.

9-) The Tenant (Customer) is also responsible for possible accidents and damages that may occur due to his own fault in the rented house during the rental period and other individuals accompanying him.

10-) The tenant accepts that he will use the pool and garden meticulously, will not enter the pool with his clothes, and will not use unnecessary air conditioning and electricity consumption. Maintenance of the pool and garden, electricity expenses will be covered by the Property Owner, so no payment will be made for electricity and water expenses.

11-) Tenant (Customer) electricity, water, etc. If it is determined that he is irresponsible about his consumption, a weekly fee of 300 TL – 3000 TL is charged depending on the size and equipment of the villa.

12-) Customers who make a reservation at any of our villas are deemed to have accepted all of the "Rental Conditions" specified in this contract. Violation of any of these conditions "BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. Guests are not accepted to our Villas/Apartments/Apartments above the capacity specified on our website or the number of people specified when making the reservation. (Children and babies are included in the number of people.) VILLA/APART/APARTMENT CLEANING/MAINTENANCE AND EXTRA EXPENSES

Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed in our Villas/Apartments/Apartments.

PRICES

Villa/Apart/Apartment rental prices stated on our website are daily, weekly, monthly. Deposit (Prepayment) can be made to our bank accounts by money order, EFT or Credit Card payment system. The remaining payments are collected in CASH upon delivery of the villa.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Depending on the characteristics of each Villa/Apartment/Apartment, a different amount of damage deposit will be collected from the customer. This deposit amount will be included in the confirmation document sent to the customer during the reservation process. The damage deposit will be collected from the customer in cash on the day of entry to the Villa/Apartment/Apartment, and in the control to be made before the customer leaves the Villa/Apartment/Apartment, there will be no damage, missing, etc. If not, it will be refunded in cash. If the customer wishes to leave the Villa/Apartment/Apartment earlier than specified in the contract, or if the Villa/Apartment/Apartment check-out cannot be made due to the intensity, the deposit will be sent to an account number to be taken from the customer. Damage to the Villa/Apartment/Apartment, If the amount exceeds the deposit received, the customer will be asked to pay for this damage, otherwise legal action will be taken. If the damage amount is lower than the damage deposit, the remaining amount to be collected as the damage amount will be returned to the customer.

INVOICE - TAX

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TRADE. VE SAN. LLC. may terminate this contract unilaterally without any legal liability. War in the region or in the country, threat of war, uprising, strikes, natural disasters, fires, terrorist activities, epidemics, technical problems that may occur in transportation, BEGONVİL GROUP EMLAK TUR. TRADE. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ., superstructure and infrastructure works carried out by municipalities or public institutions, bans by state authorities in the region, and all events that are unpredictable and beyond our control will be considered within the scope of force majeure.

RESERVATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND RETURNS

In case of cancellation, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TRADE. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. may demand compensation for the measures and expenses it has taken in connection with the trip. Compensation fees are determined as certain percentages of the total costs of the services specified in the travel agreement, as follows. Accordingly, in case of cancellation by the customer;

a-) The deposit sent for the reservation is non-refundable.

b-) If the stay is up to the 30th day before the start of the stay, the customer will be charged the total accommodation price. 15%, 20% or 35% (varies according to our Villas/Apartments/Apartments)

c-) If the stay is within the 29th and 23rd days before the start of the stay, the customer will receive 50% of the total accommodation price,

d-) If the stay is within the 22nd and 16th days before the start of the accommodation, the customer will pay 75% of the total accommodation price,

e-) If the date of stay is between the 15th day before the start of the stay and the day of the beginning of the stay, or if the customer does not come at all, the customer has to pay 100% of the accommodation price.

In line with the customer's own request, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TRADE. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. (in the case of a single payment by EFT, Money Order, Cash or Credit Card) 15%, 20% or 35% of the amount paid for cancellations made up to 30 days before the Villa/Apartment/Apartment. For any reason, the Villa/Apart/Apartment reservation is made by BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TRADE. VE SAN. LLC. In case of cancellation by the customer, this situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent Villa/Apartment/Apartment available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be proposed to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fall under the "force majeure" clause, the money received will be returned to the customer.

In addition, for some of our Villas/Apartments/Apartments (specified on the Villa/Apartment/Apartment website detail page), the entire deposit paid and for these Villas/Apartments/Apartments (specified on the Villa/Apartment/Apartment website detail page; 30 days prior to the reservation date) For Villas/Apartments/Apartments where the full price must be paid), the total rental price of the Villa/Apartments/Apartments is collected from the customer. Even if the reservation is canceled, no fee will be refunded.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTY

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMERS
