BOOKING AND PAYMENT
You can make a pre-reservation for our Villas/Apartments/Flats from the reservation reservation section on our website . BEGONVİL GRUP REAL ESTATE TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. rental conditions specify the dates you will rent the Villa/Apartment/Flats you want to rent, and your pre-rental process is carried out by receiving the necessary transportation and invoice information from you. BEGONVİL GRUP REAL ESTATE TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. After your pre-rental request is approved, it takes 15%, 20% or 35% (depending on our Villa/Apartment/Flat) of the total fee to be paid for the Villa/Apartment/Flat as a deposit payment. If the deposit is paid within 1 (one) business day or the specified period after the pre-rental is made, the Villa/Apartment/Flat will be reserved in your name and kept waiting. The deposit amount you need to pay and our bank account numbers will also be notified to you via e-mail, SMS or phone. The deposit can be paid within 1 (one) business day or within the specified period by Money Order, EFT or again via the site by Credit Card. When the deposit is received, a reservation document stating that the Villa/Apartment/Apartment is completely reserved in your name will be sent to you in writing within 1 business day at the latest. The total fee, the deposit received, the dates on which the villa was rented in your name and the day and time of the deposit you paid are notified within the rental. In the event that the deposit is not paid, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD. ŞTİ. may use the right to cancel the pre-reservation and make another reservation for the Villa/Apartment/Apartment without informing the customer. The remaining fee of the Villa/Apartment/Apartment will be collected in cash (CASH) after the contract is made, the Villa/Apartment/Apartment is checked and the Villa/Apartment/Apartment is delivered. Again, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ., takes a damage deposit of 5000 TL - 30,000 TL depending on the size and equipment of the items, due to the rental being delivered to the customer as furnished, in case the items are broken, spilled, damaged, lost, etc. and this deposit is taken in advance (cash) upon delivery of the Villa/Apartment/Flat. The damage deposit will be returned to the customer after the inventory of the fixed assets is counted upon the customer's departure, if there are no deficiencies. In order to prevent any grievances that may occur due to the above reasons, it is strongly reminded that these amounts are prepared with you in CASH on the day you enter the Villa/Apartment/Flat.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1-) The tenant accepts and undertakes that he/she will use the rented villa as his/her own property, will not damage its features, will not allow it to lose its merits, fame and reputation, and will not smoke in closed areas.
2-) The tenant is obliged to return the rented thing in the same condition and quantity as he found it. The fixed assets and tools in the rented property are obliged to be returned in full at the end of the contract period. If these fixed assets and the details of the rented thing are lost or worn out due to use, the tenant is obliged to compensate for them according to their value and pay the price if the property owner demands it.
3-) If a situation requiring repair occurs due to damage caused by the tenant in the rented villa, the tenant is obliged to immediately notify the tourism agency from which he/she rented by calling 444 0 725 or by coming to the Yazlıkcım office. He/she accepts and undertakes that he/she will cover the entire damage and that this contract will replace the Bill of Exchange accepted by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
4-) The tenant has rented the villa as a holiday villa for daily or weekly rent. He/she cannot use the villa he/she has rented for other than holiday purposes, cannot rent it partially or completely to a third party, cannot transfer or endorse it, cannot offer it to someone else. He/she cannot accept anyone from outside to stay or be a guest without the permission of the summer agent, only the people whose names are mentioned in the table of people who will stay in the villa can stay in the villa. He/she cannot allow anyone other than the people he/she has specified to stay or stay in the villa. He/she accepts and undertakes to vacate the villa if he/she does not comply with these conditions. In this case, he/she cannot get back all the fees he/she has paid, and he/she has accepted these conditions when he/she received the villa.
5-) The rented villa will be delivered clean and cleaned. If the tenant staying in the villa requests cleaning inside the villa during the holiday, he/she agrees to pay an extra cleaning fee of 1500 TL - 7500 TL for each cleaning.
6-) Since the rented villa is a holiday villa and there are similar holiday villas around it, the person accepts and undertakes that he/she will not disturb the surrounding villas, will not behave noisy, will not play loud music, will not behave in a way that will disturb the peace of the person or persons around him/her, will not keep any illegal substances such as weapons, drugs, etc., will not host wanted persons/fugitives in the villa, in short, will not use the villa for any illegal activity.
7-) The tenant accepts and undertakes to cover any and all damages that may be incurred by the Yazlıkcım agency if the tenant does not vacate the rented villa when the rental period ends (The latest is 10:00 on the rental end date) and to vacate the villa at 10:00 on the rental end date at the latest. The check-in time of the rented villa is 16:00 on the rental start date at the earliest and 00:00 at the latest.
8-) If the tenant leaves the villa early, at his own request or due to a reason arising from him or her or due to a reason beyond the control of the Yazlıkcım agency and the property owner, he or she is obliged to pay the entire Total Rental Amount and cannot request a partial or full refund in any way.
9-) The Tenant (Customer) is responsible for any possible accidents and damages that may occur in the rented property due to his/her own fault during the rental period and for any other individuals accompanying him/her.
10-) The Tenant accepts that he/she will use the pool and garden meticulously and in a clean manner, will not enter the pool with clothes on, will not use air conditioning or consume electricity unnecessarily. Since the maintenance and electricity costs of the pool and garden will be covered by the Property Owner, he/she will not make any payment for electricity and water costs.
11-) If the Tenant (Customer) is found to be irresponsible in terms of electricity, water etc. consumption, a weekly fee of 300 TL - 3000 TL will be collected depending on the size and equipment of the villa.
12-) Customers who make a reservation for any of our villas are deemed to have accepted all of the "Rental Conditions" specified in this contract. Any act contrary to these conditions gives "BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ." the right to unilaterally cancel the reservations, not to make a refund and to demand the full amount.
13-) Kaş Enforcement Offices and Courts are authorized in all disputes that may arise regarding the issues within the scope of this contract.
ENTERING / EXITING THE VILLA / APARTMENT / FLAT
On the reservation starting day, the check-in time for the Villa/Apartment/Apartment is 16:00 at the earliest and 00:00 at the latest. If the Customer does not provide information, he/she cannot enter the Villa/Apartment/Apartment outside the specified hours, and if he/she arrives after the latest check-in time, he/she can enter the Villa/Apartment/Apartment the next day in the morning, at the start of BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ.'s working hours (09:00). In the event that the Customer arrives before or after the specified time, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible in any way for problems arising from not being able to enter the Villa/Apartment/Apartment, staying the night, not being able to find accommodation, etc. The Customer must find his/her own place to spend the night and pay the accommodation fee. BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for such situations. At the end of the reservation, the departure time from the Villa/Apartment/Apartment is 10:00 in the morning at the latest for all our regions. We strongly remind you that travel plans should be made according to these hours so that neither party is victimized. In case of an early departure in the morning on the day of departure, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. must be informed 24 hours in advance. In the event that the customer leaves the Villa/Apartment/Apartment before the Villa/Apartment/Apartment can be checked due to density, the damage deposit will be sent to a bank account to be notified by the customer, and the shipping costs will be paid from the damage deposit. In the event that the customer leaves the Villa/Apartment/Apartment early at their own request, no refund will be made to the customer for the accommodation fee.
VILLA/APARTMENT/FLAT CAPACITY
Our villas/apartments/apartments will never be accepted in excess of the capacity specified on our website or the number of people specified when making the reservation. (The number of people includes children and babies.) If the customer wants to make a change in the number of people after the reservation is finalized, a written application will be made to BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD. ŞTİ. and this change may be approved if BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD. ŞTİ. deems appropriate according to the capacity of the villa/apartment/apartment. BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD. ŞTİ. may charge an additional fee from the customer due to the change in the number of people. After checking in to the villa/apartment/apartment, guests other than those specified in the list of people who will stay are never accepted in the villa/apartment/apartment. In cases where the contrary is determined, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. has the right to request the guests to leave the Villa/Apartment/Flat, to cancel the reservation completely or to request the Villa/Apartment/Flat to be completely vacated without waiting for the end of the rental period, to request the full amount and an extra fee. During the rental phase of the Villa/Apartment/Flat, the transaction is carried out in accordance with the customer's declaration and the customer accepts that the information provided is correct and complete and accepts all responsibilities that may arise in this regard.
VILLA/APARTMENT/FLAT CLEANING/MAINTENANCE AND EXTRA EXPENSES
Daily, weekly, monthly Villa/Apartment/Apartment rental prices include entrance cleaning. For stays of 2 (two) weeks and above, weekly cleaning and towel/sheet change etc. are included in the prices. Any other cleaning and towel/sheet change requested are subject to a fee. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early every morning and if any technical problem occurs in the villa during the rental period, it will be fixed by BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. In order to perform periodic maintenance of the pool, garden and other fixtures of all Villas/Apartments/Apartments, the personnel on duty must enter the garden or inside the Villa/Apartment/Apartment. In order for these services to be carried out without any disruption, the customer must allow the personnel on duty to enter the Villa/Apartment/Apartment when necessary. Unless otherwise specified on the Villa/Apartment/Apartment detail page on our website, electricity, water, bottled gas, pool lighting, internet connection and air conditioning usage are included in the prices. Pool lighting, air conditioning and internet may not be available as standard in all of our Villas/Apartments/Flats, so it is recommended that you carefully read the features of the Villa/Apartment/Flat you are renting on our villa/apartment/flat features page.
PET/CIGARETTE
Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed in our Villas/Apartments/Flats.
Smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas of all our Villas/Apartments/Flats.
PRICES
The Villa/Apartment/Flat rental fees stated on our website are daily, weekly, monthly. The deposit (advance payment) can be made to our bank accounts via Money Order, EFT or Credit Card payment system. The remaining payments are collected in CASH upon delivery of the villa.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A different amount of damage deposit will be collected from the customer according to the characteristics of each Villa/Apartment/Apartment. This deposit amount will be written in the confirmation document sent to the customer during the reservation process. The damage deposit will be collected from the customer in cash on the day of entering the Villa/Apartment/Apartment and will be returned in cash if the Villa/Apartment/Apartment and the fixtures of the Villa/Apartment/Apartment are delivered in good condition and there is no damage, missing, etc. before the customer leaves the Villa/Apartment/Apartment. If the customer wants to leave the Villa/Apartment/Apartment at an earlier hour than stated in the contract or if the Villa/Apartment/Apartment exit check cannot be made due to busyness, the deposit will be sent to an account number to be received from the customer. If the damage in the Villa/Apartment/Apartment exceeds the amount of the deposit received, the customer will be asked to pay this damage, otherwise legal action will be taken. If the amount of damage is less than the damage deposit, the remaining amount to be collected will be refunded to the customer.
SWIMMING POOLS
The swimming pool temperatures of our Villas/Apartments/Flats vary depending on the weather conditions and seasonal temperatures. BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible in any way if the customer renting the Villa/Apartment/Flat cannot enter the pool due to the pool being cold and therefore cannot use the pool. The customer who will rent the Villa/Apartment/Flat can get information about the weather conditions on the date of renting the villa from the State Meteorology General Directorate website or by calling the State Meteorology General Directorate by phone.
INVOICE - TAX
BEGONVİL GRUP REAL ESTATE TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. does not own any villas, apartments or flats published on the BEGONVİL GRUP REAL ESTATE TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. web page. The owners of each Villa/Apartment/Flat are different individuals, persons, institutions and companies. BEGONVİL GRUP REAL ESTATE TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. is an intermediary (broker) for renting Villas/Apartments/Flats of individuals, persons, institutions and companies to the customer, therefore BEGONVİL GRUP REAL ESTATE TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. only issues a brokerage (commission) invoice. In other words, it earns a certain brokerage (commission) profit from the fee paid by the customer and issues an invoice for this profit. Since the remaining profit is the profit of the Villa/Apartment/Flat owner, it does not issue an invoice for the rest. The Villa/Apartment/Flat owner pays its tax to the state at the end of the year under the name of rental income declaration. BEGONVİL GRUP REAL ESTATE TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. is only obliged to issue an invoice for the profit it earns, it does not issue an invoice for the profit earned by third parties, institutions, individuals, companies, it is absolutely not responsible for this, it cannot be held responsible.
FORCE MAJEURE
In cases falling within the scope of force majeure, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. may terminate this contract unilaterally without assuming any legal liability. War, threat of war, uprising, strikes, natural disasters, fires, terrorist activities, epidemics, technical problems that may occur in transportation in the region or in the country, superstructure and infrastructure works carried out by municipalities or public institutions that BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot prevent, prohibitions imposed by state authorities in the region and all events that are impossible to foresee and develop beyond our control will be evaluated within the scope of force majeure.
BOOKING, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND REFUND CONDITIONS
From the moment you make the down payment of the Villa/Apartment/Flat price (EFT, Wire Transfer, Credit Card "in one payment or in installments", Cash or Mail Order) deposited into our account, in case of cancellations made up to 30 days before your Villa/Apartment/Flat check-in date, your entire down payment will be forfeited. Because this entire payment has been made as a DEPOSIT to the Villa/Apartment/Flat owner.
You must pay the remaining amount to us IN CASH upon entering the Villa/Apartment/Flat.
The customer may cancel their trip before the trip starts. The customer must send the cancellation notice in writing to BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. (Yazlıkcım).
In case of cancellation, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. may request compensation for the measures and expenses taken regarding the travel. The compensation amounts are determined as certain percentages of the total prices of the services specified in the travel agreement as follows. Accordingly, in case of cancellation by the customer;
a-) The deposit sent for reservation is non-refundable.
b-) If the accommodation date is up to the 30th day before the start of the stay, the customer will pay 15%, 20% or 35% of the total accommodation fee (depending on our Villa/Apartment/Flats).
c-) If the accommodation date is between the 29th and 23rd days before the start of the stay, the customer pays 50% of the total accommodation fee.
d-) If the accommodation date is between the 22nd and 16th days before the start of the stay, the customer pays 75% of the total accommodation fee.
e-) If the accommodation date is between the 15th day before the start of the stay and the day the stay starts, or if the customer does not arrive at all, the customer must pay 100% of the accommodation fee.
If the Customer pays the entire Villa/Apartment/Flat prices to BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. upon their own request (EFT, Money Order, Cash or Credit Card in a single payment), in case of cancellations made up to 30 days before the Villa/Apartment/Flat, 15%, 20% or 35% (depending on our Villa/Apartment/Flats) of the paid price will be lost. The remaining 65% (sixty-five percent) will be refunded to the account number you provide. Shipping costs will also be deducted from this amount. Because 15%, 20% or 35% (depending on our Villa/Apartment/Flats) of this price has been paid to the Villa/Apartment/Flat owner as a deposit. If the reservation cancellation occurs between the 29th and 23rd days before the start of your stay in the Villa/Apartment, 50% of the total accommodation fee will be forfeited. If it occurs between the 22nd and 16th days before the start of your stay, 75% of the total accommodation fee will be forfeited and the remaining balance will be refunded to an account number you provide, and shipping costs will also be deducted from this amount. Because there is very little time left until the stay date. Therefore, the possibility of renting to another customer is very low.
If the reservation is cancelled 15 days or less before the Villa/Apartment/Apartment check-in date or if you do not check-in to the Villa/Apartment/Apartment and do not stay in the Villa/Apartment/Apartment at all, the total accommodation fee you have paid will not be refunded to the customer.
Burdens such as material damages, commission fees, etc. that have arisen or will arise due to refunds of payments made by credit card and that will be imposed on BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD. ŞTİ. by the Republic of Turkey, the bank or banks will be deducted from the money to be refunded to the customer.
If, for any reason, the Villa/Apartment/Flat reservation is cancelled by BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ., this situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent Villa/Apartment/Flat available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be suggested to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and that are not included in the "force majeure" clause, the money received will be returned to the customer.
In addition, for some of our Villas/Apartments/Flats (specified on the Villa/Apartment/Flat internet detail page), the entire deposit paid and for these Villas/Apartments/Flats (specified on the Villa/Apartment/Flat internet detail page; for Villas/Apartments/Flats where the entire villa rental fee must be paid 30 days prior to the reservation date) the entire Villa/Apartment/Flat rental fee is collected from the customer. Even if the reservation is cancelled, no fee is refunded.
If the Customer does not make the remaining payment on time, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question, not to refund the previously paid fee and to take another reservation for this Villa/Apartment/Flat.
Reservation cancellations can be made in writing (by e-mail or registered mail). Reservation cancellations made by phone are absolutely not valid. Reservation cancellations are valid from the moment the letter reaches BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ.
BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for the non-use of the Villa/Apartment/Apartment, including the cases of termination of the contract without a written notice or due to a reason arising from the fault of the customer, provided that it is effective from the reservation confirmation of the parties to this contract with the clear statement of the parties. The entire amount shown in the contract becomes due on the agreed delivery date of the Villa/Apartment/Apartment, and all legal rights of BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. in this regard are reserved.
OUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTY
BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. is responsible for the delivery of the Villa/Apartment/Flat to the customer on the specified date and time, clean and ready for use. If there is any broken, non-working item or malfunction upon entering the Villa/Apartment/Flat, the customer must immediately notify BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. and request that these malfunctions be fixed. BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. will notify this request to the Villa/Apartment/Flat owner or the relevant company and ensure that this malfunction is fixed within 48 hours at the latest. BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. is not responsible for fixing the malfunction; it will help fix the malfunction. BEGONVİL GRUP REAL ESTATE TUR. TRADE AND IND. LTD.CO. cannot be held responsible for any problems that are not reported on time. BEGONVİL GRUP REAL ESTATE TUR. TRADE AND IND. LTD.CO. acts as an intermediary between the Villa/Apartment/Flat owner and the customer, and therefore the Villa/Apartment/Flat owner is responsible for resolving any problems that may occur in the Villa/Apartment/Flat. Apart from this, BEGONVİL GRUP REAL ESTATE TUR. TRADE AND IND. LTD.CO. cannot be held responsible for any accidents, illnesses, injuries, drowning in the pool, death, theft, etc. that may occur and are the customers' own responsibility, and for any fire, theft, etc. that may occur in the Villa/Apartment/Flat. Apart from this, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. will not be held responsible for any problems that may arise from any services such as trips, shopping, food, beverages, entertainment, transportation, travel, guidance services etc. received from third parties/companies during the holiday, during the arrival to the Villa/Apartment/Apartment. After leaving the Villa/Apartment/Apartment, the Customer cannot claim any rights or refunds for a service that he/she could not receive due to a malfunction or failure that he/she did not notify BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. during his/her stay in the Villa/Apartment/Apartment.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are obliged to use the Villa/Apartment/Apartment, pool, garden furniture, all electrical and electronic appliances and other furniture delivered to them in the Villa/Apartment/Apartment in a working and sound condition. Customers are obliged to leave all kitchenware delivered to them clean in the same way. On the day of departure, the Villa/Apartment/Apartment must be returned with all garbage thrown out and dishes washed. Otherwise, and in cases where the Villa/Apartment/Apartment is left dirty beyond reasonable limits, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. will collect a cleaning fee from the damage deposit.
In case of any damage to the Villa/Apartment/Flat, the customers are obliged to inform BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. Any damage caused to the Villa/Apartment/Flat by the customers during their stay and the cost of any items they lose will be deducted from the damage deposit if it has been taken, and in cases of damage exceeding the damage deposit, the customer will be asked to pay in cash.
In addition, the customer and the accompanying persons must be careful to comply with social and moral rules, not to make noise that will disturb the environment, not to listen to loud music, and not to engage in behaviors that are prohibited by the laws of our country and constitute a crime. In the event that a complaint is received by BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. regarding the customer and the accompanying persons for such reasons, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. has the right to request the customer to vacate the Villa/Apartment/Flat before the reservation period expires.
BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. does not give a 100% invisibility guarantee to our customers who will stay in the villas specified on the web page and defined as conservative (villas with pools not visible from the outside). In terms of invisibility, customers must provide their own privacy. In such problems, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. does not accept responsibility and cannot be held responsible in any way.
The Tenant (Customer) must read, understand and sign the "Villa/Apartment/Flat Rental Agreement" prepared by BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ for the Villa/Apartment/Flat, otherwise; all monies previously paid to BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ will not be refunded to the customer and accommodation in the Villa/Apartment/Flat will not be provided. The rental transaction will be terminated unilaterally by BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. will have the right to demand the entire price in the agreement. The "Villa/Apartment/Flat Rental Agreement" by BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. You can request and review it from the authorized person of TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ.
COMPLAINTS
Customers will report their complaints during their stay in the Villa/Apartment/Flats to BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. The situation in question will be examined by BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. officials and the necessary measures will be taken immediately. BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. will not be held responsible in any way for complaints that are not reported during the accommodation and that are made after the accommodation is over and the Villa/Apartment/Flats are left.

LTD.CO. will not have any responsibility in the event that confidential information is damaged or passed on to third parties as a result of attacks on the “www.yazlikcim.com.tr” site and the system. www.yazlikcim.com.tr may provide links to other sites within the site. www.yazlikcim.com.tr does not bear any responsibility for the privacy practices and content of the sites accessed through the link. www.yazlikcim.com.tr determines the IP addresses of users when necessary and uses them. 1-) In cases where BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot prevent such situations as the roads leading to the Villa/Apartment/Flat being bad, uphill, unstabilized, wet ground etc., BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible in any way.
2-) BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for any accidents etc. that may occur during transportation to the Villa/Apartment/Flat.
3-) In case the different materials used in the construction of some villas (cedar tree, pine tree, some plastic products, all kinds of plants in the garden or inside the villa, etc.) disturb the customer in terms of health or psychology, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible in any way.
4-) All of our Villas/Apartments/Flats may require a private vehicle for their guests. The customer is responsible for their own transportation to the Villa/Apartment/Flat. BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible in any way.
5-) The customer may obtain a taxi, transfer vehicle or rental vehicle from third parties. BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. does not interfere with the transfer or taxi service to be rented or rented from third parties. It is the customer's own responsibility.
6-) If the customer who rented the villa/apartment/flat is dissatisfied with the geographical location of the villa or apartment or flat he rented, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible and will definitely not make a refund.
7-) BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. has marked the approximate location of the Villa/Apartment/Flat on Google Map.
8-) BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for any damage to your private or rented vehicle during transportation to the Villa/Apartment/Flat.
9-) Any negativity that may occur due to the vehicle (motorcycle, car etc.) of the customer who rented the Villa/Apartment/Flat being close to the ground, the engine power of the vehicle being weak, the customer being inexperienced in driving a car, motorcycle etc. and not being able to reach the Villa/Apartment/Flat due to this reason, is the customer's own responsibility. BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for such or similar problems.
10-) The "distance table" specified on the "www.yazlikcim.com.tr" detail page about the Villa/Apartment/Flat is written approximately. The distances are not clearly stated. There may be minor errors. The customer renting the Villa/Apartment/Flat accepts to take this into consideration.
11-) The distances specified in the "distance table" on the "www.yazlikcim.com.tr" detail page about the Villa/Apartment/Flat are written by taking into consideration the nearest restaurant, the nearest beach, the nearest settlement, the nearest market, the nearest public transportation road and the nearest airport. If the specified restaurant or market is closed, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. does not accept any responsibility.
12-) BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for any accidents such as drowning, falling, broken legs, broken arms that may occur in the pool, garden, inside and around the villa/apartment/flat.
13-) BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for all accidents and incidents that may occur in the Villa/Apartment/Flat caused by the customer, such as fire, electrical leakage, gas cylinder leakage and deaths and accidents that may occur as a result of these, telephone and internet outages caused by Telekom, and electricity outages caused by the Electricity Company.
14-) The Villas/Apartments/Flats we have specified on our website are exactly the same, excuses such as it is not as it appears on the website, it looks better on the website, it is bigger on the website etc. are unacceptable and BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible.
15-) BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for incidents such as scorpion, insect sting, dog bite etc.
16-) In cases of funeral, death, war, health problem, accident and cancellation of leave of public or private company personnel etc. the rental conditions are strictly valid and there is no cancellation.
17.) BEGONVİL GRUP REAL ESTATE TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for power, water, telephone and internet outages.
If the customer accepts all the conditions we have stated above and tries to terminate the lease agreement by producing excuses such as these, BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. can use its right to terminate the agreement alone and to demand the contract price.
PARTIES AND PURPOSE
This agreement is made between the person renting the “VILLA/APARTMENT/APARTMENT” (hereinafter referred to as the “CUSTOMER”) and the person renting the “VILLA/APARTMENT/APARTMENT” (hereinafter referred to as “BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ.” or “Yazlıkcım”) for the purpose of renting the “VILLA/APARTMENT/APARTMENT” for a certain period of time with pre-determined start and end dates. The customer and his/her companions who make a reservation for any of our “Villas/Apartments/Apartments” announced on the “www.yazlikcim.com.tr” internet page through our internet page or by phone or e-mail are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions in advance. Any behavior contrary to the following terms and conditions shall be deemed to be considered as the “BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ.”, the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation, request the customer to leave the Villa/Apartment/Flat, not to refund the deposit, deposit and rental fee received, and to demand the full amount of the unpaid rental fees.
DISPUTES
Kaş Enforcement Offices and Courts are authorized for any disputes that may arise regarding the issues within the scope of this contract.
CUSTOMERS WHO MAKE A RESERVATION IN ANY OF OUR VILLAS/APARTMENTS/APARTMENTS ARE CONSIDERED TO HAVE ACCEPTED ALL OF THE ABOVE TERMS. ANY BEHAVIOR IN CONTRARY TO ANY OF THESE TERMS GIVES "BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ." THE RIGHT TO UNILATERALLY CANCEL THE RESERVATIONS, NOT MAKE A REFUND AND REQUEST THE FULL FEE.
