    PAYMENT BY CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD

    After your pre-booking request is approved, you can make your payment from the payment page sent to you. Immediately after your payment is made, a finalized reservation document stating that the days are completely reserved for your name is sent to you. 3D secure payment protocol is used for your credit and debit card payments. Your credit and debit card information is not stored by us. No interest is applied for transactions you make with a single payment.

    It has been made mandatory by law that the identity information of all guests arriving or arriving according to the capacity of the villas be recorded and transmitted to the regional security units (Gendarmerie or Police).

    There is no requirement that only families can stay.

    No animals such as flies, insects etc. are allowed to settle inside any villa. If you leave the door, window etc. open during your stay, this is naturally normal since all of our villas are in nature (this is already stated on each villa's own page and also in the rental conditions). If you want to leave the villa due to such situations, it will be your choice, but no refund will be made.

    By renting a car, you can increase the number of places you want to see by adding different regions to your planned holiday in one region.

    1-) In Antalya airport transfers, a round trip fee of 1250 TL is applied in addition to the rental fee.

    2-) In addition to the vehicle delivery time, a 1-day vehicle fee is applied for delays exceeding 1 hour.

    3-) All vehicles are insured. (Excluding tires and glass) If full insurance is requested, there is a daily fee of 200 TL.

    4-) Airport parking belongs to the guest. (Average 50 TL)

    5-) There is no credit card block.

    6-) No guarantee can be given for the selected vehicle model in car rentals; if there is no availability, another vehicle can be provided within the same group.

    7-) In the winter months (between October 15 - April 10), round trip chauffeured delivery is made.

    8-) VAT is included in the prices.

    If requested one week before the villa check-in date, we will try to assist you depending on the availability of a baby bed and high chair.

    1-) The tenant accepts and undertakes to use the rented villa as his own property, not to damage its features, not to allow it to lose its merits, reputation and reputation and not to smoke in closed areas. 2-) The tenant is obliged to return the rented property in the same condition and quantity as he found it. The fixed assets and equipment in the rented property are obliged to be returned in full at the end of the contract period. If these fixed assets and the details of the rented property are lost and worn out due to use, the tenant is obliged to compensate for them with their value and pay the price if the property owner requests it. 3-) If a situation requiring repair occurs due to damage caused by the tenant in the rented villa, the tenant is obliged to immediately notify the tourism agency he rented from by calling 444 0 725 or by coming to the Yazlıkcım office as soon as possible. He/she accepts and undertakes to cover all damages and that this contract shall replace the Bill of Exchange accepted by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. 4-) The tenant has rented the villa he/she has rented as a holiday villa for daily or weekly rent. He/she cannot use the villa he/she has rented for other than holiday purposes, cannot rent it partially or completely to a third party, cannot transfer or endorse it, cannot offer it to someone else's use. He/she cannot accept anyone from outside to stay or be a guest without the permission of the summer agent, only the people whose names are mentioned in the table of people who will stay in the villa can be in the villa. He/she cannot allow anyone other than the people he/she has specified to stay or stay in the villa. He/she accepts and undertakes to evacuate the villa if he/she does not comply with these conditions. In this case, he/she cannot get back all the fees he/she has paid, and he/she has accepted these conditions when he/she receives the villa. 5-) The rented villa will be delivered clean and cleaned. The tenant staying in the villa accepts to pay an extra cleaning fee of 150 - 750 TL for each cleaning if they want cleaning inside the villa during their holiday. 6-) Since the rented villa is a holiday villa and there are similar holiday villas around it, they accept and undertake that they will not disturb the surrounding villas, will not behave noisy, will not play loud music, will not behave in a way that will disturb the peace of the person or persons around them, will not keep any legally prohibited substances such as weapons, drugs, etc., will not host legally wanted persons/fugitives in the villa, in short, will not use the villa for any illegal activity. 7-) The tenant accepts and undertakes that if the tenant does not vacate the rented villa although the rental period has ended (The rental end date is 10:00 at the latest on the end date), they will cover all kinds of damages and losses that the Yazlıkcım agency may incur and will vacate it by 10:00 at the latest on the day the rental end ends. The check-in time of the rented villa is 16:00 at the earliest and 00:00 at the latest on the rental start day. 8-) If the Tenant leaves the villa early at his own request or for a reason arising from him or her or for a reason beyond the control of the Yazlıkcım agency and the property owner, he is obliged to pay the entire Total Rental Amount and cannot request a partial or full refund under any circumstances. 9-) The Tenant (Customer) is also responsible for possible accidents, damages and other individuals accompanying him that may occur in the rented house due to his or her fault during the rental period. 10-) The Tenant accepts to use the pool and garden carefully, not to enter the pool with clean clothes, not to use air conditioning and not to consume electricity. Since the maintenance of the pool and garden and electricity costs will be covered by the Property Owner, he will not make any payment for electricity and water costs. 11-) The Tenant (Customer) is not responsible for electricity, water, etc. If it is determined that the villa is irresponsible regarding its consumption, a weekly fee of 300 TL - 3000 TL will be charged depending on the size and equipment of the villa. 12-) Customers who make a reservation for any of our villas are deemed to have accepted all of the "Rental Terms" specified in this contract. Any behavior contrary to these terms gives "BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ." the right to unilaterally cancel the reservations, not to make a refund and to demand the full fee. 13-) Kaş Enforcement Offices and Courts are authorized in all disputes that may arise regarding the issues within the scope of this contract.

In order to prevent any grievances that may occur due to the above reasons, it is strongly reminded that these amounts are prepared with you in CASH on the day you enter the Villa/Apartment/Flat.

    If you disturb the surroundings by making noise in the villas, the complaints will be considered as a reason for removal, the customer will be warned first, but if the situation continues, the landlord will have the right to evict you for the second time. If you think you will be noisy due to reasons such as having too many children; be careful to choose your rental villa from places outside of residential areas.

    An authorized personnel will accompany you to your rental villa, take you to your villa and give you the necessary information before handing over the keys to your villa. When you set off on holiday, you can call our company to get directions or the nearest airport for those traveling by plane. Our authorized personnel assigned from our company's office in Kalkan will meet you and take you to your villa. The standard check-in time for Villas and Apartments is 16:00 (afternoon) and check-out time is 10:00 (before noon).

    There is no meal service in any of our villas. Guests must provide these. The kitchen section of our villas is designed to be suitable for cooking and has the necessary tools and equipment. In some of our villas, the free Serpme Village Breakfast, which is included in the opportunities section, is served free of charge for up to 4 people in a predetermined restaurant or breakfast room. You must make a reservation the day before the day you want to have the free breakfast. The free village breakfast is valid for guests staying 5 (five) nights or more.

    Our villas/apartments/apartments will never be accepted in excess of the capacity specified on our website or the number of people specified when making the reservation. (The number of people includes children and babies.)     On the reservation starting day, the check-in time for the Villa/Apartment/Apartment is 16:00 at the earliest and 00:00 at the latest. If the Customer does not provide information, he/she cannot enter the Villa/Apartment/Apartment outside the specified hours, and if he/she arrives after the latest check-in time, he/she can enter the Villa/Apartment/Apartment the next day in the morning, at the start of BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR.     Smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas of all our Villas/Apartments/Flats.

    It is forbidden to bring pets to all our rental villas except those with pet permission. Otherwise, BEGONVİL GRUP is authorized to unilaterally terminate the agreement and has the right to evict the guest without making any refund.

    The Villa/Apartment/Flat rental fees stated on our website are daily, weekly, monthly. The deposit (advance payment) can be made to our bank accounts via Money Order, EFT or Credit Card payment system. The remaining payments are collected in CASH upon delivery of the villa.

    The areas where you will rent a villa are very safe and every year thousands of families spend their holidays safely in these areas. The security level of the villa you rent is the same as the security level of your own home.

    Daily, weekly, monthly Villa/Apartment/Apartment rental prices include entrance cleaning. For stays of 2 (two) weeks and above, weekly cleaning and towel/sheet change etc. are included in the prices. Any other cleaning and towel/sheet change requested are subject to a fee. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early every morning and if any technical problem occurs in the villa during the rental period, it will be fixed by BEGONVİL GRUP EMLAK TUR. TİC. VE SAN. LTD.ŞTİ. In order to perform periodic maintenance of the pool, garden and other fixtures of all Villas/Apartments/Apartments, the personnel on duty must enter the garden or inside the Villa/Apartment/Apartment. In order for these services to be carried out without any disruption, the customer must allow the personnel on duty to enter the Villa/Apartment/Apartment when necessary. Unless otherwise stated on the Villa/Apartment/Apartment detail page on our website, electricity, water, bottled gas, pool lighting, internet connection and air conditioning usage are included in the prices. Pool lighting, air conditioning and internet may not be available as standard in all of our Villas/Apartments/Flats, so it is recommended that you carefully read the features of the Villa/Apartment/Flat you rent on our villa/apartment/flat features page.

    A different amount of damage deposit will be collected from the customer according to the characteristics of each Villa/Apartment/Apartment. This deposit amount will be written in the confirmation document sent to the customer during the reservation process. The damage deposit will be collected from the customer in cash on the day of entering the Villa/Apartment/Apartment and will be returned in cash if the Villa/Apartment/Apartment and the fixtures of the Villa/Apartment/Apartment are delivered in good condition and there is no damage, missing, etc. before the customer leaves the Villa/Apartment/Apartment. If the customer wants to leave the Villa/Apartment/Apartment at an earlier hour than stated in the contract or if the Villa/Apartment/Apartment exit check cannot be made due to busyness, the deposit will be sent to an account number to be received from the customer.     The responsibility for the insurance of the villas belongs entirely to the homeowners. Even if such insurances (earthquake, theft, fire, flood, etc.) are made, the damages of those staying temporarily are not subject to these insurances. Therefore, we definitely recommend that you take out special travel insurances before you travel so that you do not experience any problems.

    Since the location of each villa is different, it varies from villa to villa, but there is a distance chart for each villa on its own page and you can see the distance of that villa to markets, restaurants, the sea, etc.

    For the health of you and our customers after you, the pool is cleaned every day by the staff on duty. This cleaning is necessary and has been made mandatory by the Ministry of Health. This cleaning is done every day even if the villa is empty.

    Unfortunately, this is not the case. In order to reduce the water in the pool, it is necessary to stop the engine and the technical system that is working, and when this system stops, the water in the pool starts to produce bacteria and algae. It is definitely not suitable in terms of hygiene. The approximate pool dimensions are stated on each villa's own page, and you rent your villa by seeing and accepting this information.

    The prices we share on our website or social media are the total price of the villa. We do not apply per person pricing. (Example: In a villa with a capacity of 4 people, the price of the villa is the same whether 2 or 4 people stay.)

    No matter which villa you stay in, you will need a vehicle for each villa. Unfortunately, there is no public transportation in our area. You can only find a taxi whenever you want. You need a vehicle both for places to visit and see in the area and for grocery shopping, etc.

    Unfortunately, the identity information of a single person is not sufficient. It has become mandatory by law that the identity information of all guests staying at the Villa be forwarded to the regional security units (Gendarmerie or Police).

    Both families and groups of friends are allowed to stay in the villas. There is no requirement to stay with only families.

    The maximum capacity of people allowed in our villa is the specified number, children are also included in this number, and people exceeding this number are definitely not accepted.

    In all our villas; the earliest check-in time on the first day is 16:00, and the latest check-out time on the last day is 10:00. Cleaning is done in the intervening time.

    Just filling out the request form does not mean that you have rented the villa. In order for your reservation to be finalized, you must pay a down payment of 15%, 20% or 35% (depending on our Villa/Apartment/Flats). After the payment is made, we will send you a reservation confirmation document and your reservation will be finalized.

    Based on the payment of 15%, 20% or 35% (depending on our Villa/Apartment/Flats) of the total rental price, your reservation confirmation, contract and payment information will be sent to the e-mail address you specified in the reservation form.

    According to the law, you must be at least 18 years old to rent, pay and stay in our listings. If you are not yet 18 years old, at least 1 of our guests must be over 18 years old and make the reservation themselves. Since the villa owners will notify you of their ID at the entrance of the villa, in order to avoid any problems, be sure to invite a guest who is 18 years old or older.
